Shae and Jordan got married in September 2019 at The Barn on Wild Rose Prarie in Spokane, Washington. The rustic venue sits on one acre of land and features over 2,300 sq. ft of event space.
From the photographer: “We chose to do their first look in an open field, and Shae even surprised Jordan with a journal full of their memories afterward. Afterward, we had a great time taking photos of the bridal party!”
Shae and Jordan’s ceremony was beautiful, and many tears were shed, mostly by Shae — she’s always been the sensitive one of her family!
Everyone was excited for Veraci Pizza at the reception, and after a few emotional first dances, Shae, Jordan and the photographer snuck away for a few portraits at sunset. Fun fact: the photographer is Shae’s older sister.
The bridal party livened up the dance floor with what has become to be known as “the Jordan heads”. They were originally made for Shae’s bachelorette party, but when they showed up at the reception, they were the life of the party!
From the bride: “The overall inspiration behind my wedding was a simple neutral color palette. I felt like it aligned well with my day-to-day style and was fiance approved!”
Shae did her best to keep the decor simple because their outdoor venue provided a lot of natural beauty. The bride used items that had been handed down from my older sister’s wedding and added twists to personalize them.
