Mary and Randy were neighbors before they fell in love! The two got married in October 2019 at the Gaillard Center in Charleston, South Carolina. Their special day was one to remember despite the rainy weather.
From the bride: “We knew we both wanted to get married in Charleston. This is how I started thinking about what a traditional southern wedding would be like. We did different styles and colors for the bridesmaids and maid/matron of honor dresses. We had a Maude and neutral color palette.”
From the bride: “I did a lot of research online when it came to looking for my bridal gown but it wasn’t until I went to the bridal shops that I realized what I thought I wanted was not what I really wanted. It only took me two places to find “the one.” It was an A-line gown with off the shoulder sleeves. It had lots of layers, lace, and floral elegance to it.”
Mary wanted her wedding to look very clean. The decor included white linens, bows, and floral centerpieces.
Mary is a musician and wanted to feature live music at their celebration. Their friend’s band, High 5, played the reception.
