Erik and Morgan had a picture-perfect wedding at Ten Fifty Eight in Port Clinton, Ohio in September 2020.
From the photographer: “Morgan and Erik have the kind of love we all aspire to have, where they make one another belly laugh, and yes can be soft and tender with one another. Their families are full of so much love towards them individually and most definitely together.”
From the bride: “Our theme was vintage romance: black, white and golds with a lot of candles and romantic touches. Our love story is as classic as it gets, and we had both gone through many obstacles to find each other and we couldn’t wait to finally get to celebrate our love with our dearest friends and family. Due to COVID, we had to postpone our wedding from April of 2020 to September of 2020. We literally couldn’t wait, so we snuck away on our original wedding date of April 4th, 2020 and got married with just our parents and siblings present!”
From the bride: “Picture a grand reception hall with dim lighting, more candles and candelabras than we could have counted, white linens and white flowers, black and white details everywhere. We did DIY chandeliers in front of heavy black drapes behind our head table that really made the room feel elegant and romantic. All of our candle and table decor was accumulated throughout the long days of the planning process with a specific feel in mind.”
Flowers were the foundation of the decor for ceremony and then were reused for focal pieces at the reception.
