The Piermont Wedding

On a warm day in July, our Blue Point beauty married her longtime bestie-turned-boyfriend-turned-fiancé from Bay Port at The Piermont wedding venue.

We started the day at Emily’s childhood home, as she got ready for the day surrounded by her nearest and dearest. Her bridal party was secluded from her once it was time for dresses. Mom put on the final touches as dad waited with held breath for his cue to see his daughter on her wedding day.

Now, at Amplified Wedding & Events we cannot confirm nor deny that Elle shed a tear along with both Emily and her father when they both saw one another. But, we think you know what happened.

Our bride then got to unveil herself to her bridal party down the main staircase as she saw them for the first time as well. As Em turned the corner, a roar of joyous squeals and applause and “omg’s” filled the Busch home.

After everyone took the moment in, we headed to the portraits location with momentum on high! Emily and Mike shared their “First Look” at Long Island’s Heckscher State Park with its gorgeous greenery serving as the backdrop.

Bloomed branches intertwined to create the arch above the Letinis in this whimsical garden as an awestruck groom took in his first sight of the bride-to-be.

The ceremony and reception were nothing short of a party for the eyes and ears. We arrived at The Piermont in Babylon overlooking the Great South Bay for their outdoor nuptials where the pair mixed sands from their respective hometown beaches symbolizing their union. Special touches like these were not in short sight.

Guests were then welcomed into cocktail hour with two signature drinks representing their two fur babies (Kora and Kenzie) as the sunset over the water. With floor-to-ceiling window views of the bay and distant pier lights, the night-long dance party was kicked off by an adorably choreographed first dance by the bride and groom.

It started out as a beautifully romantic sway and broke out into a Tik-tok dance challenge medley. And that’s how you begin a reception! These moments were beautifully captured by Cait and Will Photography for a day too perfect for words.
