Taylor & Chris’ rustic Virginia wedding embraced the natural beauty of the venue, with decor adding pops of color.
The ceremony arch was simply decorated with greenery and scattered rose buds for this rustic Virginia wedding. At the reception, the bride & groom’s chairs were also decorated with greenery. Guest tables were draped in white linens, a nice contrast to the wood walls of the venue.
From the photographer: Nestled amongst the gorgeous wine country and the Blue Ridge Mountains, Chris and Taylor said yes to forever at the breathtaking Lodge at Mount Ida Farm in Charlottesville, Virginia. Choosing to celebrate their amazing beginning at the end of March was the perfect way to balance the changing seasons, making their wedding the perfect inspiration for couples planning their celebrations during any season! Their earthy, yet sophisticated, style was beautifully echoed in the deep, merlot hued details, rich greenery, and warm, neutral accents. Her bouquet was full of lush burgundy dahlias, white and deep merlot ranunculus, soft blush roses, rose-hued astible, and fragrant eucalyptus.
