Stephanie & Peter’s Catskills Celebration

Stephanie and Peter had a Catskills celebration in October 2020 to celebrate their April elopement. They had their plans shaken up back in March when lockdown was issued but opted to still get married on April 24, their original wedding date.

From the photographer: “Being the easygoing people that they are, they were ok with me trying out virtual photography for their ceremony and some portraits. I think Stephanie said it best when I emailed them the photos and she replied, ‘omg they look so much better than I’d have ever thought!’ and I replied, ‘HA! Me too, who knew!?”

They decided to postpone their larger wedding until November. Due to the pandemic, they instead opted to stay a few nights alone in a cabin in the Catskills and take pictures at Minnewaska State Park.

The bride stunned in a gorgeous lace dress with a cool cape feature. The groom looked handsome in his navy suit. The fall colors acted as the perfect backdrop to these beautiful photos.

Their Catskills celebration was so sweet. They read vows they had not read before, shared a few special moments together and renewed their husband and wife status!
