Saleena and Todd were married on the sweeping lawn of the Steeple House Maui wedding venue. With family and friends looking on, they said “I do” in front of a turquoise ocean-scape and towering cliffs.
Saleena and Todd met through work, but it was Saleena’s mother who got them to make that move!
“My mom is a very straight-forward Italian lady,” writes the bride. “She walked down into the shop, found Todd, and asked if he was single or married. I got his number and ended up texting him later that week, and we’ve been inseparable ever since.” When a mom knows, she knows!
Just six months later, Todd felt the time was right, so he used the most sure-fire way to a girl’s heart: her dog! Todd tied a ring to Saleena’s pup, Gunnar, and there was no way she could resist those puppy-dog eyes… which belonged to Todd, of course. The man knows how to paw-p the question!
Looking luminous, Saleena put on the final touches of her wedding day glam in the dressing room of the historic Steeple House. With a lace bodice gown that swept the floor, a crystal tiara, and curls to end all curls, Saleena was a vision walking.
Todd kept it simple and clean with a crisp button-down and slate gray slacks. Mom got these two together, and Saleena’s brother officiated the ceremony.
Simple Maui Wedding coordinated the airy affair and topped off Saleena and Todd’s elegant micro wedding with the sweetest cake, decorated in blooms to match the bride.
Following the reception, Saleena and Todd carefully made their way down to the shore. Brilliant lighting, the crashing sea, and a beautiful couple made for spectacular Maui wedding shots! This Micro Wedding is one for the storybooks.
