The couple had a stunning Ruth Bancroft Gardens wedding in Walnut Creek, California.
The bride and groom got ready at separate homes with close family members and friends nearby in Livermore, California. The couple’s oldest son had a first look with his mom showing her his handsome get-up for the big day.
They headed to the Ruth Bancroft Gardens in Walnut Creek, California for Emily to dress and Nick and his groomsmen to practice their special dance entrance.
Emily dressed in the private room upstairs before she set out into the back corner of the property for her first look with Nick. As Nick turned around he was surprised to see their oldest son had also joined in the special moment.
We then strolled the gardens for family, bridal parties, and couple portraits. The fall foliage was the perfect accent again the teal backdrop of the agaves.
The bride hid away in the folly while guests got seated facing a tree-covered pond. A tear-filled ceremony included the tieing of 3 ropes.
After the ceremony guests wandered the garden and sipped on cocktails before venturing to the barn for the reception. The barn was covered in floral arrangements, archways, and deserts in mustard and muted accents colors.
Toasts and tears were shared before the bride and groom opened up the dance floor with a stunning rehearsed dance and stayed there until the end of the party.
