Rossella and Timothy’s bright Cleveland wedding was perfect and sunny. From the planner: “The bride first called me for help because she was not accustomed to American weddings and she was planning from a distance. They decided on Cleveland for the wedding, since Tim’s family is here. Rossella’s family is from the Amalfi Coast, so she wanted to incorporate the bright colors of her hometown.” The couple met at work after Rossella came to the U.S. from Italy for nursing school.
Right off the bat, the bride and groom knew they wanted to incorporate lemons and ocean-colored blues for their bright Cleveland wedding. Rosella wanted bright summer colors in the floral palette, and Urban Orchid surely delivered on that. It was an intimate gathering on a beautiful summer evening. No detail was left behind. From the invitation suite in both English and Italian, the custom favors of infused olive oil, lemons throughout the decor, family heirlooms, and more. The guests were treated to a lovely Italian-inspired feast. They were greeted with a refreshing sparkling beverage on their way to the sunken garden for the ceremony. The cocktail hour was on the terrace, which included a beautiful antipasti display, and of course, bocce ball.
