Pegah & Jefferson’s Persian beach wedding took place at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun last summer.
A white canopy anchored the ceremony site for this Persian beach wedding. The traditional Persian ceremony table was decorated with sea shells. After the ceremony, guests walked back up to the resort for the reception.
From the photographer: Cancun, Mexico became the meeting point for friends and family from all over the U.S. and world to gather and celebrate Pegah and Jefferson’s marriage. The ceremony was held on a picture perfect beach at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún All Inclusive Resort. The wedding ceremony had a traditional Persian wedding table, sofreyé aghd, that was a gorgeous white with pops of color against the blue sky and water. After the ceremony the real fun began. I always love the Persian wedding knife dance and of course the music! The party was held under the stars at the resort overlooking the beach. Dancing, tequila shots, sweat, laughter and a groomsman in the pool at the end of the night made this a most extraordinary wedding!
