Mon Cheri Wedding: There is nothing that brings me greater joy than capturing a wedding day filled with love.
Kimberly was so excited to be marrying the love of her life, Jason. She dressed nice and comfy as her glam team helped her get ready for her big day. She had a beautiful half up, half down hairstyle and her makeup was light and stunning to highlight her natural features.
I can’t even tell you how stunning her backless lace wedding dress was in person… and when she put her wedding dress on she looked amazing! The bride got help from those closest to her while she prepared to tie the knot. The groom also received some help from one of his groomsmen while putting on his dark grey tuxedo and soft pink tie.
Having a first look is an absolute must for your big day! They’re so much fun because there is so much you can do.
The bride decided to have a first look with her bridesmaids. Her bridesmaids in their pink dresses held their white wedding bouquets to cover their eyes as the bride walked out. It was a beautiful moment to capture for the bride.
Then, the bride and groom did a first touch and prayer together before they saw each other for the first time in their wedding attire.
The romantic wedding ceremony was at the beautiful Vietnamese Alliance Church of Orange in Santa Ana, California. The ceremony centerpiece was curated out of wooden pillars draped in white fabric and accented with white flowers to compliment the bride’s wedding theme. Of course romantic portraits for the newlyweds is another must-have for your wedding photography checklist.
Chapman University in Orange, California was the perfect place for the bride and groom to dance, laugh, and celebrate their love together. Not only that, but shooting right before sunset gave the most gorgeous lighting.
It was important for Kimberly and Jason that they incorporate their Vietnamese culture into their big day… so they did and it turned out amazing!
Their reception at Mon Cheri Restaurant in Garden Grove, California was filled with dreamy wedding decorations. The bride and groom’s table was decorated in white flowers and candles, and Kimberly and Jason’s wedding cake topper was created just for them.
The two love birds have a strong love for dole whip and wanted to make sure they shared that love with their guests.
One of my favorite parts about Kimberly and Jason’s wedding is when they changed into their traditional Vietnamese clothing.
