From the photographer: Noah and Elissa had their Mission Trails elopement on a sunny October day at the hiking spot near San Diego, CA, after changing their initial plans to hold a larger celebration.
Mission Trails offered a really natural feel to this elopement and the lighting was just incredible.
Noah and Elissa are so special and sweet; they did their first look in a wooded area, and walked together up to their ceremony spot.
Their immediate families were present for the ceremony, making it intimate and wonderful.
I was able to get so creative with Polaroid and film for their day, too, which was so much fun!
Elissa wore the cutest short dress from BHLDN and a flower crown, while Noah’s crisp suit came from Indochino.
This elopement took place right around sunset, so I was able to take advantage of the true golden hour light to photograph the newlyweds.
They had communion together as part of their ceremony, and we had a good time afterwards well into the blue hour taking more photos with just the two of them and with their families.
After shooting their proposal and engagement shoot, I was really excited to be here for their elopement day.
From the photographer’s website: One of my most favorite parts of this job is meeting couples and seeing them together, so happy, so in love, so excited to do life together. So yeah, let’s get a coffee, matcha, beer, glass of wine, or tea (heck i like it all) and talk!! I’d love to meet you and hear your story and capture the love you have for your lover.
