Mediterranean Sea Wedding

The Mediterranean Sea wedding was inspired by the beautiful landscape of Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands.

It took place in a secluded seafront house with its own terrace and myriad of dreamy spots, providing the perfect scenery for this chic and elegant destination wedding.

Planned and designed by Saussure Weddings & Events, natural coastal elements were incorporated with luscious greenery to create a vision of light and romantic imagery, with Photographer Violeta Minnick and Videographer Sarah de Blas, to capture wonderfully every moment.

The Mediterranean Sea wedding journey commenced with the bride and groom involved in a glamorous intimate photo session on a Llaut, a typical Majorcan wooden boat, for an authentic touch.

In this relaxed setting, Victoria and Alexis dived into the turquoise clear sea cove, stopping momentarily for a kiss and to admire the spectacular scenery the island had to offer.

After hair & make-up were beautifully executed by Sergio Quesada & Jose Ojeda, the bride and groom exchanged their vows amongst the radiance of the sun setting on the horizon, providing a spectacular spectrum of a thousand multicolored golden rays across the ceremony.

Stationery and calligraphy were designed by Kara Anne Paper, conjuring inspiration from the waterfront surroundings, with a subtle combination of natural and formal features- including one-of-a-kind gorgeous deckled edge paper with gold leafing and vellum invitation box covers, embellished with silk ribbon and mother of the pearl details.

With decor styling kept to a minimum, we allowed for the Mediterranean decor to remain prominent. Dried flower bouquets were envisaged by Francis Garcia to capture nature at its peak.

The couple shared a piece of jaw-dropping cake designed by Mom & Mom Reposteria.

The cake was set on a table flooded with the warm hue of lit candles against a stone wall backdrop, creating an organic setting mixed with golden details to further enhance their luxurious surroundings and capture the warmth of the Majorcan sun.

The evening kicked off with a cocktail reception on the upper terrace of the property overlooking the sunset, followed by a gourmet dinner prepared by chef Andreas from The Cutting Edge.

The intimate dinner table was positioned on a rock overlooking the sea and hundreds of candles were lit to set the romantic tone.
