Any wedding planner will tell you it’s the small things that stand out. Here’s one of our favorite (and perfectly planned) fetes
Company: Sweetgrass Social
Bride and groom: Meagan and Liam McDonough
Designer: Meredith Severs
Venue and location: Middleton Place Plantation, Charleston, SC
Photographer: The Connellys
“Meagan was going for Southern garden meets rustic chic,” Severs says. “She loved the idea of a romantic setting and wanted to incorporate pops of teal.”
A cake was made to look like a Sweetgrass basket and Sweetgrass roses placed at each guest’s seat are a not to Charleston culture.
