Leslie and Adam’s Michigan marriage was a small, but perfect way to start their forever. From the photographer: “These two love birds had an intimate wedding on top of a sand dune at Little Sable Lighthouse in Mears, Michigan. Due to COVID-19, they were unable to have the “big” day, but this wedding was the most beautiful and so full of love!”
When asked about her Michigan marriage, the bride said: “My fiancé and I had originally planned a 250 person wedding and reception for 8/8/2020! Due to COVID, we wanted to keep everyone healthy and safe. We decided to get married at Little Sable Point Lighthouse, a place we had visited on a whim during our first year together. In June we visited the lighthouse again to see if it would be the place where we would say I do. Upon arriving we both teared up and knew it was the place we had dreamed of. We hiked up a sand dune to discover a remote area away from other people with space to fit about ten (just enough for our immediate family). It had the most perfect view of the lighthouse further solidifying our decision. As for our theme, we knew that we wanted a boho-style wedding with pampas grass, dream catchers, and dried florals. One of the dream catchers was a Celtic tree of life and was made by our aunt to honor my fiancé’s Irish heritage.”
