Our L’Eglise wedding day was put together by our amazing vendors & it was so magical! I wanted the color palette to be blush/greenery colors & we add a few darker pinks to give it fall vibes!
We incorporated the unity candles in the ceremony to represent us coming together.
We were lucky enough to have a bar on wheels, which was a big plus because we were able to set it up outside & that’s where the reception was!
Erika and Josh have the souls of an artist. She’s a dancer and he is a photographer.
They met through work just over a year before tying the knot. They fell in love over 9 months while maintaining their long-distance relationship.
A small thanks to COVID because when the world shut down, Josh moved closer to Erika, and shortly after that he popped the question!
From the bride: We kept the guest list small. Only the most important players. The smaller guest list allowed us to be able to add some fun features like the Classy Chassis Mobile Bar who provided the guests with cocktails custom-made for Erika and Josh.
We wanted the wedding to be intimate but intensely romantic by planning a ceremony at dusk and a reception under the stars. The candle and festoon lighting coupled with soulful sounds of the live musicians helped us accomplish exactly that!
Since our L’Eglise wedding was put together by other people, I didn’t have to stress too hard, but if you’re planning your day just make sure you don’t get yourself too stressed over the little things!
This is a special time in your life & you don’t want to look back on it think just think about how much you stressed!
For wedding advice, just make sure you and your partner are communicating, whether it’s something silly or not, those things may mean a lot to your partner.
Always be willing to work on yourself outside your relationship. Try not to depend on you and your partner to define you. Make sure you are doing things for yourself and making yourself happy!
