Maggie and Terrence’s Kukio Beach wedding took place on the beautiful golden sands of Hawaii, right before sunset.
From the bride: “Terrence and I have been friends throughout high school and college and started dating when we both ended up in the same city after graduating college.
I have always liked the idea of eloping over a big traditional ceremony, but Covid and the uncertainties surrounding it definitely helped ensure that it was the right decision for us.
Hawaii was our ideal place to get married and honeymoon. We found out on the way to the beach that we had chosen to for our ceremony that it was closed due to a tsunami warning. Thankfully Tom (our officiant) and Samantha (our photographer) were so flexible and helpful with finding an alternative that was beautiful and even better suited for us.”
From Simply Eloped’s website: From the minute you touch down in Hawaii, you’re in tropical paradise: its crystal-clear waters playfully crash against the mountains, its lush and vibrant greenery offers a backdrop unlike any other, and the soft sand between your toes just feels right.
We offer Hawaii elopement packages on Big Island, Maui, and Oahu, but no matter which island speaks to you, your wedding day will be as unique and unforgettable as your love.
You’ll experience Hawaii’s laid-back lifestyle: here, you can move as fast or as slow as you’d like with your days, leaving endless choices for couples who want to relax or explore.
You’ll leave with a sense of wonder that stays with you long after you say “Aloha” to these happy islands.
