This couple has a beautiful Knotting Hill wedding. When Sthephany first met Peran through mutual high school friends, they bonded over their love for dogs, food, and school. Sthephany is Portuguese, and Venezuelan so Peran not only fell in love with Sthephany but also her cultures.
They went to the same schools all their lives but just kept missing each other. It wasn’t until college that some friends officially introduced them and have been inseparable ever since. A couple of years later they made private vows to each other, Just them no vendors, venue, or photographer.
In the months that followed, they planned a big wedding in the Summer of 2020 in Dallas. Texas, when the pandemic hit, they pushed their date out. It soon became apparent, however, that their options were limited. In true fashion they said, “Who Cares!” and they booked a new date on a Monday in Little Elm Texas.
They had 50 of their closest friends from all over Latin America and the US in attendance “We just wanted it to be a big Latin party and for all our friends to have fun!” Sthephany says.
Sthephany wanted to remember her mom and dad walking her down the aisle, they also wanted Boujie (their dog) to be in as many photos as possible.
With luck, they booked all their vendors and planned the entire event in one month!
They had a traditional catholic ceremony. Mariachi during their cocktail hour, and a firework display. And It wouldn’t be Texas without Whataburger stopping by for some late-night delivery.
