Simple, classic elements of greenery and clean white linens went together perfectly for Kelly & Rich’s southern plantation wedding.
The outdoor ceremony has the beautiful lawn with trees as the backdrop for this southern plantation wedding. Under the tent, tables were topped with white linens and white floral centerpieces with greenery stems.
From the bride: My favorite part of the day was getting to do our first look. I didn’t think it would have been such a special moment, but it truly was perfect. Rich and I met through his brother and mutual friends 6 years ago. I was too shy to talk to him, but after a few drinks I got over my fear and we became good friends which eventually led to what it is today. We are totally opposite, but have the same values which makes us go so well together. I think what made our wedding so special is all the love and support we got from our friends and family. All of our decorations were done by family members! My stepfather and my sisters boyfriend hung our lanterns from the tree, Rich’s mother and her friends did all of our flowers, and we had the entire family out there setting everything up the morning of the wedding. Our wedding would not have happened without all of their help, we had no wedding planner, so it was special we did everything on our own.
