Juli and Brian had a stunning rustic loft wedding in Washington D.C. in September 2018.
From the photographer: “These two love their city and wanted to get wedding photos in as many classic D.C. locations as they could! We were able to take pictures at Union Station, Pennsylvania Avenue, and even on Metro! They also made sure to incorporate Monopoly into some of their photos as well. Brian is the current United States Monopoly champion and ranked #3 in the world. It was actually a trip to Indiana for a Monopoly tournament that brought Juli and Brian together in the first place!”
One of the main inspirations for the date itself was one of the groom’s favorite songs: “September” by Earth, Wind and Fire.
The most anticipated moment of the day? The bride said: “The vows themselves. They were a chance to be creative and get to tell each other how we felt. Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime thing. Also, right after the ceremony was over and we stole away to just be together for a few minutes and take it all in before heading out to take some sunset photos.”
