A champagne tower, retro automobile, and a lovely white barn… what’s not to love about this Ivy Rose Barn wedding?
Nicole Colwell, the Ivy Rose Barn’s wedding designer incorporated all of these elements to make a stylish fall wedding.
The bride wore a lovely white satin gown with a lovely bow on the back from Studio I Do Bridals in Roanoke. While her hair was styled in cascading ringlets to the side to complement the classic dress.
She also had a gorgeous pair of gloves and a fur shawl to warm her up when the weather got chilly. The groom matched her classic style wearing a simple black tux and bowtie.
The decor was kept simple and classic. The floral arrangements from Blomst Floral Design included various white flowers and lush greenery. These florals adorned the fireplace and ceremony space.
In the ceremony space, the staircase was adorned with greenery as well. The seating for the ceremony formed a diamond for the couple to stand in the middle so all guests could see them.
Depending upon where you sat, the sky was the backdrop for the couple or the amazing staircase.
After the ceremony, guests could enjoy cocktail hour inside the glasshouse. Within the glasshouse, were white and black flowers and ivory-colored couches, chairs and tables.
The bar area near the trees featured signature drinks and a black cloth sign Emma Lee Graf. She also designed the sophisticated white and black invitation set with beautiful details.
In the reception area, ivory-colored linens provided a lovely contrast to the black matte plates and marble slabs. Table decor included black candles, baby’s breath and more lovely white flowers.
After the couple finished toasting to their guests, they were greeted by Carolina Classic Car Rentals, with an amazing antique car outside the beautiful white barn.
