Hillary and her wedding planner achieved a southern glam wedding by accenting a rustic venue with touches of pearls and bling.
The ceremony took place outside on a spring day. White spandex chair covers gave an upscale feel to the folding chairs during the ceremony. Centerpieces were a mix of gold and silver candelabras, which looked like they were a collection of family heirlooms. Accents of classic pearls lined the cake table and cake, as well as look-alike southern diamond brooches on the cake. The bride stuck with simple ivory roses for her bouquet and had studded Converse sneakers under her gown. The couple utilized both the indoor and outdoor spaces of the boathouse, letting the venue’s elements shine for the southern glam reception.
From the photographer: The ceremony was a quick and sweet event that was filled with love. The bride’s two daughters and her nieces served as adorable flower girls. The boathouse is a quaint little place that was perfect for their intimate wedding. There were lots of clean lines and soft romantic hues.
