Austin and Mary Alice tied the knot at the Grand Ivory in Leonard, Texas, on December 12, 2020. The new husband and wife have known each other since Kindergarten. He claims she kissed him in the lunch line!
From the bride: “The theme for our wedding was jazzy Christmas! We wanted everyone to feel nostalgic with more sophisticated colors as opposed to the normal bright red and green. Our color palette was emerald green, burgundy, dusty rose, and navy.”
The groomsmen were in navy suits, brown shoes, and dusty rose bowties. Austin’s bow tie was burgundy and Mary Alice’s beautiful bridesmaids matched them perfectly in burgundy dresses.
From the bride: “I was excited to do a unity candle because of the powerful symbolism it holds. Two families, two hearts becoming one burning flame!”
Their beautiful venue is a custom-built wedding space set on 18 acres. The venue includes a barn, an intimate chapel with scenic views, and cottages that double as bridal suites.
