Grace & Harry’s elegant southern wedding was filled with white floral and greenery at The Haven in Birmingham, Alabama.
The bride carried a stunning cascade bouquet. After tying the knot in a traditional church ceremony, the couple and their guests made their way to the reception venue for this elegant southern wedding.
From the bride: We wanted our wedding to be in the heart of our hometown, Birmingham, AL. As a fan of the current floral trends, I wanted to incorporate both urban and garden themes. Our colors were green, white, and light brown. We incorporated several family traditions, such as my paternal grandparents’ cake topper and toasting glasses from their wedding. To cut our cake, we used a sword that Harry’s paternal grandfather, a World War II naval officer, received for being 1 of 6 honor graduates in his midshipman course. I narrowly avoided stabbing Harry with the sword in front of everyone, as it suddenly bolted upward as we unsheathed it!
