Forsyth Park Elopement

From the planner: This beautiful Forsyth Park elopement took place in the historic Forsyth Park in Savannah, Georgia. Dana and Jason had an intimate ceremony in the park, followed by a walk through the romantic streets of Savannah, ending with rooftop drinks.

From the bride: “Jason and I met in college through a mutual friend. We both went to UNC Wilmington and met senior year. We decided to stay in Wilmington after we graduated and a year later Jason proposed. He took me to the restaurant he took me to on our first date and then we went for a walk on the beach where he proposed.

We decided on Savannah because it is our favorite place to visit! After we canceled our destination wedding due to covid we still wanted a getaway. When we found Simply Eloped we knew we wanted to do Savannah! It’s been a very special place for us to travel over the years and contribute to visit!”

From the planner’s website:

You-Centric

We are big believers that your big day should be about…YOU! The moment of your elopement ceremony is about the love between you and your honey & the commitment you’re both making to each other. Everything we do – from planning to the day of – is focused purely on that.

Compassionate

We are an all-welcoming company, meaning no matter what your background, beliefs or practices – we welcome you to have the best day of your life! Compassion (and empathy) is how we approach our couples, vendors and team. Leading with the mindful decision to see the other for who and where they are is so, so important to us.Adaptable

Adaptable

Let’s be real – no two events are the same and variables like weather, current events or global pandemics can get in the way of original plans. We have seen it all and are flexible, adaptable and always there for you in the face of unexpected changes!
