Custom details brought together Elmira & John’s DIY fall wedding at Liberty Grand in Toronto, Ontario.
The couple incorporated the natural outdoor space for this DIY fall wedding. Pumpkins and fruit decorated the venue. The bride’s bouquet was a collection of white and burgundy flowers with a burgundy ribbon that added a pop of color.
From the photographer: Every detail, from the bride’s red ballerina shoes to her lovely jewelry, was made from scratch making this wedding truly unique. With the Canadian fall and it’s spectacular colours, they decided to have a wedding in October and chose bright colours for the bridal party – vibrant, bright red for the bridesmaids and custom-tailored blue for the groomsmen. After their Christian ceremony, we took the couple to a hidden spot in High Park, the largest park in Toronto, to take their creative portraits. All in all, this wedding, that stretched from 6am in the morning, to late night dancing, and is surely one of the highlights of last Fall. I loved how approachable and friendly Elmira and John were trusting us completely to capture their special day.
