Debbie & Robby’s romantic New York wedding took place at The Knockdown Center, a blank slate where they could incorporate their large guest count.
The beautifully decorate Chuppah sat on a raised stage for this romantic New York wedding. The bride’s asymmetrical bouquet was filled with white and pink flowers. The couple opted for a mix of round tables and farmhouse tables for this romantic New York wedding.
How he asked: As the time finally came to get engaged, Debbie’s only wish was to know “absolutely nothing” about the timing of a potential proposal. Robby heeded this request and took the unconventional approach of proposing on a Thursday night (January 25, 2018). Robby arrived at their Brooklyn apartment early that day from a business trip and decorated the apartment in pictures and souvenirs documenting their entire relationship. When Debbie arrived home from work she followed a candle-lit path of photos and memories. The path led to a card that read, “I’d go anywhere with you as long as the picture looks like this.” When Debbie looked up from the card, Robby was there on one knee with the ring! It is safe to say she was completely surprised (despite Robby texting 6 times throughout the day asking when she would be leaving work that night).
