Under the gentle Maui sky, Myra and Adrien were married in the rustic Hawaiian ruins of Trinity Church By The Sea, a historic venue that dates back to the 1800s.
Surrounded by lush tropical greenery and hand-laid coral bricks, Simple Maui Wedding decorated this historical venue using only the natural gems of the island.
Overflowing with fresh fruit and local flowers, and filled to the brim with love, this micro Wedding in Maui perfectly blends the traditional church venue with authentic Hawaii.
Myra and Adrien were born and raised in Maui, graduating from Lahainaluna, the oldest high school in Hawaii (and the oldest school west of the Rocky Mountains!).
They met through friends, and Adrien did what any man in love would do: he messaged Myra on Instagram and asked her to join him for a workout!
A year or so later, they embarked on a very special hike up the Wainee Ridge. But the climb wasn’t the only reason Adrien was sweating. Once they reached the top, he popped the big question while they overlooked the spectacular view!
When reflecting on getting married in Maui, Myra had this to say, “We are so blessed and fortunate that we grew up and live here. Most of our family is here. Maui is beautiful! Couples from all over the world can only dream when we can make our dreams come true.”
Dressed in a side-laced gown with a cathedral train, Myra is effortlessly beautiful.
With a Rustic Hawaiian Bouquet by Dellables, the subtle pops of pink soften the wild sprigs of local flowers and perfectly complement the blush gown of Adrien’s young daughter, bridging the union into a family.
Adrien casts a strong silhouette in a dusky blue suit and a megawatt smile.
Wherever life brings Myra and Adrien next, we hope it’s filled with as much beauty and love as their micro wedding in Maui!
