Lori Anna and Lee got married on April 6, 2019 in Columbia, South Carolina. The ceremony took place at the bride’s church. The reception was held at the newly renovated Central Energy. The industrial-themed event space features unique indoor/outdoor social areas with over 8,000 square feet. It used to be the central power plant for the old South Carolina State Hospital.
A wedding planner herself, Lori Anna incorporated lots of metallics, velvets, blush tones and gold accents into her special day.
From the bride: “I have been saving wedding programs since the early 2000’s and had a designated box with anything wedding related for when it was my turn to get married. It was fun to reminisce and take bits and pieces from my favorite wedding programs throughout the years to create one for our special day.”
The bride wanted simple, elegant, and distinct flowers. From the bride: “I did not have any specific flowers in mind and gave her [Wimberly Fair Designs] the freedom to create anything that would look beautiful in the dusk, metallic, beige, champagne, ivory, and grey color spectrum. I carried a classic green and white bouquet of butterfly ranunculus and hellebores wrapped with a white and blue silk “D” monogrammed handkerchief.”
