Bright pops of pinks and oranges were ever-present in Cassandra & Ray’s colorful outdoor wedding at The Lucerne Inn.
The walkway to the ceremony site was staked with small hearts on sticks. White chairs were set up at the gazebo on the property for this colorful outdoor wedding. Bridesmaids were clad in pink cocktail dresses and carried bouquets of white Gerber daisies and pink roses. After the ceremony, guests grabbed their place cards and found their table under the tent. The white walls of the tent and white linens on tables allowed the pinks and oranges in the floral and other decor to make the space pop.
How he asked: It was my birthday and despite it down pouring, Ray suggested we go look for sea glass down by the water. We brought an umbrella and shuffled along the rocks until I found the prettiest piece of light blue sea glass. I picked it up and put it in Ray’s cargo pocket (like I always do with my sea glass). He asked me to hold the umbrella and as soon as I did, he got down on one knee and proposed to me. I ended up dropping the umbrella and we kissed in the rain.
