In only four months, this couple planned their wedding exclusively virtually and chose an upstate NY all-inclusive venue, The Briarcliff Manor wedding venue, and NYC-based photographers, Captured Group Photography ( us ) to help them out.
Robin, a NYC native, and Amera met in a NYC coffee shop on the first day that she moved to the city. They became friends quickly and started to date soon after. The couple fell in love as Robin showed Amera all around the city he calls home.
After braving COVID-19 together, Robin proposed in their home over a cup of coffee! Being an intimate couple, they took advantage of the opportunity that the pandemic provided to have a small wedding with friends and family.
Amera even found her wedding gown and all of the decor online for an affordable price. Everything came together for a quaint and classy celebration that fit the couple, and their love story, perfectly.
It was a small wedding due to covid but BriarCliff Manor is such an unique place!
They have a team of wedding planners so they took care of almost everything for the couple.
They have separate rooms where the couples can get ready. She is very close with her 2 sisters and the groom was getting ready in the other room with his 4 best friends ( they were pranking him and having so much fun! )
I know many places for weddings in NYC, but honestly, this place is so special, the furniture is elegant old fashion, with a lot of mirrors, candles, chandeliers, velvet sofas, big windows, and vintage bathrooms ( from a photographer perspective this was perfect! )
The outdoor area is so appalling, with a big green area and a spectacular fountain.
