This beautiful couple was married at the Big Sky wedding venue this past October with some very fluffy friends present.
Katelyn and Aaron wanted to bring modern trends and a romantic color palette to the rustic Texas countryside.
Big Sky Barn wedding venue was covered in accents of dusty blue, beautiful white roses, and elaborate greenery.
The ceremony took place in their gorgeous white wooden chapel with giant windows, letting light fill the space.
Our style of bright, natural photography was a perfect fit for their bright spaces and open green fields for portraits.
After the couple said “I do,” we took off for the grassy fields, and met up with the most amazing alpacas, courtesy of Texas Party Animals!
These moments felt absolutely surreal, and we know they don’t happen often.
We had to make sure we kept our heads out of the clouds, though, because as you’ll see in a few of the photos, the alpacas were trying to eat the bouquets!
A few facts about the couple and their wedding:
-The groom is an identical twin and we regularly got him and his brother (also the best man) mixed up on their Big Sky wedding day
-Aaron proposed to Katelyn while they were hiking with friends in Austin
-She was a Texas State University cheerleader and she performed a cheer with a bunch of former cheerleaders during the reception. They even lifted her at the end!
