Bakers Cay Wedding

Bakers Cay wedding venue in Key Largo was the best backdrop for Lindsey and Williams’s wedding day! This little oasis was snuggled in the middle of the Keys and gave us the best wedding weekend!

I traveled from Dallas and met them when we checked into the resort. And let me be the first but most certainly not the last to say their entire family was amazing and one of the most welcoming I’ve had the pleasure to work with.

Every single person I met that weekend I could hold a genuine conversation with and I feel like I made a few friends in their group as well.

Lindsey and Will picked the perfect spot for their ceremony. Tucked in the far side of the resort past the trees was Hammock beach, a secluded area that has the ocean behind them under the shade of trees.

Their officiant was a dear friend and Lindsey’s mom walked down the aisle with their sweet pup Fitzroy! I can’t wait for you to see the adorable images of their fur baby!! Anytime one of my couples includes their pets my heart is so happy!

They had an intimate ceremony surrounded by their family and friends and after their ceremony, they enjoyed cocktail hour.

They had their grand entrance and went straight into their first dance (La vie en rose) probably one of my favorite choices for a first dance and went straight to their party!

One of the things I remember about their original consultation is that they wanted more moments captured than posed photos and wanted to capture the happiness of their family as much as possible.

They spent the remainder of the evening spending time with their family and friends (and puppies) dancing the night away! I don’t think I saw one person that didn’t join in on the party.

I am still so grateful they chose me to document their day and I cannot wait to follow along with their future milestones!
