Allison and Eric’s wedding had a rocking reception with portraits on Asbury Park’s iconic boardwalk in New Jersey. How adorable is their dog? They look pretty happy too!
From the bride: “Eric and I didn’t want a large traditional banquet hall wedding, we actually wanted to elope. While out furniture shopping one day, the salesman was telling us about a wedding he recently went to at Porta. I was intrigued, I didn’t know they did weddings! We went to check out the room and we fell in love. It was the only venue we looked at! I loved the natural look of burlap/twine and the dark, burgundy color that was in my bouquet and centerpieces.” The bride and groom made the centerpieces themselves with mason jars and twine. The roses used in the flowers were beautiful and served as a focal point for the decor. The burgundy was a perfect pop of color. The venue was simply stunning with industrial-yet-rustic vibes. The most special moment of their rocking reception? The bride says: “Definitely my father and uncle joining in to do a few songs with the band. They rocked it out!”
