Fun greenery and lemons added fun pops to Alison & Philip’s California brunch wedding in La Cañada Flintridge.
Instead of a traditional guestbook, the couple had attendees sign Jenga pieces. After the couple exchanged vows outside, guests enjoyed food stations for this California brunch wedding.
From the photographer: The lovely couple chose a beautiful wedding venue in La Canada, California called The Thursday Club. Guests gathered in the morning for the exchanging of vows at the outdoor ceremony site. Set beneath a large tree, Alison walked down the aisle to a metal arch draped with white fabric. Their simple, yet elegant brunch reception followed. The room included pops of color from an array of orange and blue placed throughout. Their tables were dressed with shining dark gray linens, navy napkins, and the center adorned with a scroll of sheet music, festive greenery, and orange flowers. They enjoyed a tasty brunch provided by Spot Gourmet Catering and a delicious three-layered textured cake baked by Fantasy Frostings. It was garnished with oranges, perfectly placed greenery and berries, and tasted just as amazing as it looked! The couple and all of their guests celebrated with a long conga-line.
