Stunning floral arrangements with greenery took over the venue for Kim & Michael’s historic ballroom wedding at the Westin Hotel in Columbus.
The ceremony was staged in the ballroom, which was flipped for the reception during cocktail hour. Marble floors and antiqued mirrors create a luxurious feeling in this historic room that is unparalleled by any other venue in Columbus. Lush floral arrangements topped reception tables for this historic ballroom wedding.
From the photographer: Romantic elements accented the classic April wedding of Kim and Michael. The entire day was inside the historic Westin in downtown Columbus. From getting ready to the ceremony and reception, everything was at one location which made for a fun and relaxed day. We joined Michael and his groomsmen first, and got to see the groom put on his spirited OSU socks and cuff links….a necessity for any Columbus wedding. We then headed to see the bride and her bridesmaids, who sparkled in muted gold gowns. As the bride Kim stepped into her lace and tulle gown, designed by Maggie Sottero, she became as timelessly beautiful as the Westin.
