Capri Palace Wedding

Capri Palace Wedding: Former model, best-selling author, and influencer Nikki Sharp married hedge fund manager Pascal Kummert in a three-day “La Dolce Vita” wedding weekend on July 23, 2022.

Celebrations took place in Anacapri, with the Welcome Event at Caesar Augustus on cliffside terraces. Nikki wore head-to-toe Dolce & Gabbana’s summer Mediterranean collection to incorporate the location and her love of Italian culture and designers and switched outfits halfway through the evening.

The 100 or so guests from a diverse range of backgrounds and professions had flown out to Capri lsland from countries all around the world + filled that terrace with chatter, dancing and laughter.

The couples incredible wedding followed the next day. Starting off with an emotional and intimate first look in the regal entrance of Capri Palace Jumeirah where groom Pascal got to see his stunning bride Nikki for the first time. Nikki was wearing her custom gown by Galia Lahav, who personally met Nikki, while the groom wore head-to-toe Tom Ford.

The stunning ceremony followed on the rooftop of Capri Palace Jumeirah, where guests were asked to wear red-carpet attire and the arbor and chairs were beautifully decorated with blue and white hydrangeas and rose petals.

A gorgeous, personal + hilarious ceremony followed thanks to their friend/officiant incorporating so many personal anecdotes about the couple from start to finish, which had absolutely everyone laughing.

After the ceremony while guests made their way to the reception, the couple enjoyed a quiet drink together before whisking off into their red convertible and traveling down the windy scenic roads of stunning Capri Island.

On arriving at Il Riccio restaurant the couple made a grand entrance through the chic Christian Dior walkway of the Il Riccio Terrace.

Apertives were served, famous Italian baronese and DJ Niki played tunes, and dinner was later served downstairs at the michelin-star open air restaurant where 10,000 fairy lights lit up as the red sun went down.

Following speeches, wedding singer Angel blew us all away with her incredible vocals that had the crowd all singing “Stand by me” together.

After which we all wandered upstairs to the terrace where the bride and groom shocked their guests when they started singing to each other “Shallow” (from “A Star is Born”).

When the song really reached it’s crescendo, Angel and those ‘goosebump resulting” vocals took over, Nikki and Pascal broke out into their elaborate first dance. It was epic!

On the last day guests were taken to Lido Del Faro for a super chill beach-day!
