This Barr Mansion wedding was romantic and intimate, everything Veronica and Travis had hoped for when planning their day.
They both wanted an outdoor ceremony with warm lighting and rustic elements.
The sunset ceremony was held outdoors, overlooking a breathtaking view of the Barr Mansion grounds.
They “brought the outside in,” Travis stated, when sharing about how much he loved the venue.
There was exposed wood, vines, and greenery that all tied in perfectly with the forest green and gold color palette that Veronica and Travis selected for their special day.
One of Veronica and Travis’ favorite moments from their special day was the final dance.
Their son played alongside them, and brought laughter and a light-hearted feel to the ceremony. “It was what we’d been waiting for, for so long,” Veronica shared.
Alone inside the venue, Veronica and Travis shared one final dance beneath the warm lights.
From Barr Mansion wedding website’s venue: A property with three unique settings and a rich history spanning centuries.
Our story begins with our charming, Victorian Mansion built in 1898 – a true piece of Texas history. In 2000, our story continued when we added an 18th century Artisan Ballroom to the property – shipped piece by piece from New York.
And in 2014 we expanded further, added the farmstead – a contemporary take on an open-aired pavilion. Three settings surrounded by acres of gardens giving unparalleled options for hosting weddings and events.
