Colleen and Rodney were married at St. Augustine’s Church in Elkridge, Maryland and celebrated at the Elkridge Furnace Inn on October 10, 2020. This beautiful church is unique with its bright blue ceiling and well-lit interior. It provided the perfect backdrop to the start of their forever.
From the photographer: “This is such an ornate church, any sort of extra decoration seems to get lost. That being said, they saved most of the decorations for the reception. After the ceremony, we drove down to Old Town Ellicott City for the bridal portraits. The reception was held at a historic building dating back to the 18th century colonial days. It was a tented reception, and we were able to head outside afterwards for some epic backlit shots and a glow stick exit.”
From the bride: “All the Jimmy buffet music. We had to weave it in somewhere because that is what brought us together. We tried bringing in a lot of Disney-themed ideas as well.”The bride made a lot of the decor based on what she saw on Pinterest.
