Jordan & Josh’s rustic winery wedding took place at Bernardo Winery in San Diego back in April.
From the photographer: Ever heard of that song “Falling in love at a coffee shop?” Well that is actually Jordan + Josh in a nutshell! They fell in love while Josh was whipping up lattes at their local coffee shop (which happened to be in San Luis Obispo where I went to college!) He proposed on a seaside cliff at night with string lights, candles, and a handmade book telling their story. Naturally, their wedding in San Diego was just as romantic and intimate as Josh’s sweet proposal. Bernardo Winery provided the perfect backdrop with its quaint rustic buildings and antique decor.
From the bride: Enjoy the time you have to be engaged. The time of engagement is so small in comparison to all the other stages of a relationship, so take the time to appreciate this pocket of time! When planning, don’t wait. If you have time to complete a task for your wedding, even if it is months away, just do it then. It will save a lot of pressure later on and you can have more time for fun!
