Brittany & Kacy's New Jersey Beach Wedding

Brittany & Kacy’s New Jersey beach wedding took place at Icona Golden Inn in Avalon last month.

Vows were exchanged on the sand for this New Jersey beach wedding. The bride’s bouquet was lush with white and blue flowers. Reception tables had greenery galore for this New Jersey beach wedding.

From the bride: We wanted a beach theme with a color pallet to match the softness (pale blue & pink & white). This laid back ocean vibe, while also black-tie optional, was important to us to reflect who we are and where we spend a lot of time. We incorporated a hand fasting ceremony & rope into our ceremony in lieu of other, more traditional, unity ceremonies. The ceremony chairs were adorned with floral aisle markers in mason jars and our arch was decorated with abundant florals to match the bouquets and centerpieces. Escort cards were hung from white shutters (which we painted up until the night before!), on which matching flowers were spread throughout. We also had guests sign post cards in lieu of a guest book, that were displayed on an antique display rack which was white wash painted by us.
