Green elements and fun designs brought together Amanda & Jason’s eco-friendly California wedding last month.
Ferns lined the chapel aisle for this eco-friendly California wedding ceremony. Place cards were in the form of potted succulents. Mixed glassware added a fun pop of color on tables for this co-friendly California wedding.
From the photographer: Amanda’s inspiration for her wedding was a mix of wanting to be eco-friendly and not wasteful, and also to make sure Jason would also like the style. Both Amanda and Jason love house plants, and the lush green ferns added a lot of life to the simple white pallet they had to work with at the venue. She also wanted something unique that hasn’t been seen at other weddings and something a little more modern and botanical. Amanda and Jason loved that the venue was quintessential Santa Barbara. It had the Spanish charm, and included an intricately detailed, historic chapel on the property. Since their wedding was in February, they wanted an indoor venue, but something that had beautiful outdoor areas. The reception room had several windows making it feel more open than a typical hotel ballroom.
