Maddie and Jeremy’s June Farm Wedding

Maddie and Jeremy’s June farm wedding took place during COVID-19 at a family farm in Hartley, Delaware. From the photographer: “Oh my gosh where do I start?! Maddie & Jeremy! Ooowww my hearrttt, it honestly just skips a beat when I think about them and the beautiful day they had in spite of cover-19! It was absolutely perfect. During the ceremony, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Jeremy and Maddie gave their own unique vows, and I’m not gonna lie, I was a complete mess behind the camera when Jeremy read his own poem he wrote for Maddie! It was such a beautiful day, I can’t stop smiling when I think of it. I wish this two all the best and more!”

This June farm wedding was not what the couple initially planned. They were supposed to have a big celebration in April 2020, but were not able to due to the pandemic. Instead, they were married at the farm where the bride grew up. From the bride: “We had a color palette of mauve, dusty rose, sage greens, and silver. We did not do any cultural traditions. We did use a King James Bible as our guest book. We had our guests highlight their favorite verse and leave us a note or words of advice. We kept everything very simple and just focused on the meaning of our day and how sweet it was to finally have it.” The bride’s mom did most of the decor and her uncle built an arch that she decorated with beautiful floral arrangements and fabrics.
