Kelsey & Garrett’s Beautiful Barn Wedding

Kelsey and Garrett had a beautiful barn wedding with only seven people due to COVID-19. High school sweethearts, the couple was heartbroken when the pandemic caused gatherings with more than 10 people to be canceled in Texas. They decided to still marry on their anniversary date and postpone their big celebration. There were no speeches, bridal party, or a sparkler exit. The pastor Skyped in to perform the ceremony. Regardless, it was still a stunning wedding full of love.

From the bride: “The most special moment was when we had our first dance! It was the first moment of the day that time seemed to slow down and I could really just be twirled by my new husband. We swayed, we laughed, we had our own moment that felt like nobody was in the room except for us. It was wonderful.”

The couple chose the Nest at Ruth Farms for the all white theme and rustic feel. The decor for their beautiful barn wedding was dainty and timeless. Dusty blue runners and greenery draped down the farmhouse wooden table. On either side, floating candles were aligned and lit.
