Selena & Terence’s elegant ballroom wedding took place at The Biltmore Ballrooms in Atlanta, Georgia.
How they met: I was sent to Columbia SC for training in 1997 and a co-worker/friend was also sent for training. My friend had family that lived in Florence South Carolina so we went there for a barbecue/pool party which is where I met the love of my life. During the time I was in South Carolina we be came inseparable. Eventually my training ended and I returned to New York but we kept in touch. As time progressed I returned to Florence South Carolina on several occasions to visit Terence. Eventually we talked about how we wanted to continue our relationship and Terence moved to New Jersey with his brother to be closer to me.
From the bride: Terence and I wanted a tradition ceremony which included having his uncle perform our ceremony. This was so special and important to him because his uncle married his parents. My best memory is when the curtains where opened and I saw my future husband standing at the end of the aisle with the biggest smile on his face. Another special moment is when we had our first dance and my husband sang the entire song to me.
