Pops of pink decorated Sainte Terre for Tori & Jacob’s romantic rustic wedding in Benton, Louisiana.
The couple tied the knot in the chapel onsite for this romantic rustic wedding. The bride carried a bouquet of all white flowers with greenery. Bundles of greenery were tied to pews with a white ribbon to line the aisle for this romantic rustic wedding. Inside the reception hall, a greenery installation decorated the white walls to add a garden ambiance.
How he asked: Jacob is a college football coach, and so most weekends are very busy during the fall. On our “bye week” when we didn’t have a game, he wanted us to drive an hour away to our favorite restaurant that was on the beach of Half Moon Bay (we live in California now.) After a nice dinner, we went for a walk on the beach. We sat there listening to the foghorn and the waves for a long time, and then he helped me up when it was time to leave. As soon as he helped me to my feet, he dropped down on one knee. I was so surprised and excited! He had asked my dad in person for permission a couple months before, and had been working hard to have my ring made exactly how he thought I would like it. He coordinated with my family’s jeweler back in Louisiana and even had some of my late grandmother’s diamonds put in the band. It was really sentimental and special!
