A bold color brightened up the venue for Anna & Matthew’s red farm wedding in Chapin, Illinois last September.
The invitation with the glittery red stripe set the tone for what guests were to expect. Bridemaids donned floor-length red gowns and groomsmen wore red ties to match. After the outdoor ceremony, guests moved inside for this red farm wedding reception.
From the photographer: Anna and Matthew planned a gorgeous fall wedding for their loved ones, and it was nearly 100 degrees. And no one cared for even a second. Anna left no stone unturned in her planning, and though all the details were beautiful, my favorite part was how hard she worked to include her soon to be step daughter into the process. Anna and Matthew were married by Anna’s mother in an extremely emotional and beautiful ceremony, and they said vows to Cameron, Matt’s daughter. There was not a dry eye in the house. The beautiful country venue was the absolute perfect location for this day. Anna was expecting fall weather so she chose a vibrant deep red for her main color– but she got a very warm fall day! It was all perfect regardless.
