Elissa & Eric’s purple stadium wedding was held at US Bank Stadium, home of the Minnesota Vikings, last fall.
Invitations were made to look like they were part of a Monopoly game. The ceremony took place on a terrace overlooking the city skyline. After the ceremony, guests moved inside for this purple stadium wedding reception. Touches of purple, like a glittery feather in the centerpiece, were placed throughout the venue. Peacock feathers were also placed throughout the wedding as a decor element.
From the photographer: It was an overcast day, which we welcomed after weeks of non-stop rain. Their ceremony took place on the terrace overlooking the city at Mystic Lake’s Club Purple. We were able to have access to the entire stadium for photos, and took full advantage. It’s not often someone can have their photo taken in the locker room in a wedding dress! To celebrate their union, Eric and Elissa took a honeymoon to Disney World for a magical time. Their entire wedding seems like a dream come true!
